PS1 Save Icons ~ Playstation Memory Card Museum

This page will be updated over time. I'm slowly working my way through the NTSC-U and NTSC-J libraries. These icons are not necessarily comprehensive, because a single game can have several icons with undocumented rules for selecting them. It seems longbox titles weren't required to mark on the packaging if the game uses the memory card, so I may have missed a game or two that supports saving. Eventually I would like to open the page to submissions and corrections, but for now you can contact me on Twitter @renne_millennia if I missed anything in the games already in the table. My goal is to document as many save icons as possible!

Each icon is a 64x64 GIF file. They are magnified 4x from their original 16x16 dimensions for visibility reasons. Eventually I'd like to add a toggle to view the original 16x16 files. All blank pixels in each icon are represented by transparent pixels, but the table adds a black background to make white icons easier to see. The serial number listed represents the version of the game the icon was retrieved from. I will add additional serial numbers if I confirm the same icon is used across regions.
